...Summary...
the National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has confirmed a
tornado near Franklin Township in Carbon County Pennsylvania on
5/23/11.
 
An EF-0 tornado briefly touched down in Franklin Township in southern
Carbon County. One home suffered major structural damage. Several other
homes experienced minor roof and siding damage. Numerous trees were
either knocked down or snapped.
