I’m being "particular" here because the totals are so massive. We’re only going to seriously consider measurements that are well done….transects included. Also, it is far better to accept obs as legit if the observer has an observing history. By that I mean via a Coop station or a CoCoRaHS observer who has been consistently been reporting for the past few years. Not an ob from someone who has appeared "out of the blue".
